For Help functions please follow the steps below:

- Click on the HELP icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- A pop-up window will appear with suggested articles as well as Search for help and submit a help request options
- To search the knowledge base, enter your query in the search box and click on the magnifying glass icon. You will see a list of relevant articles that you can read or share.
- To contact us, click on the Submit Help Request option and fill out the form. You can also attach files if needed. Click on Submit to send your ticket. You will receive an email confirmation and a ticket number.
